2. Account Registration and Eligibility

Each player may hold only one account on the879ph platform. Duplicate accounts are not permitted under any circumstances, and 879ph reserves the right to close any additional accounts identified as belonging to the same individual, retaining any balances pending review. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact detail. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and must not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, 879ph requires account verification in accordance with standard Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You will be asked to submit valid government-issued identification and, where applicable, proof of address. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name — using accounts or cards belonging to another person is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension. 5. VIP Programme

Participation in the 879ph VIP programme is open to all registered players in good standing. VIP rewards are paid in Philippine pesos and credited directly to your account balance upon reaching the relevant tier milestone. 879ph reserves the right to modify the structure, tier thresholds, or reward values of the VIP programme at any time, with reasonable notice provided to affected players where possible. Abuse of the VIP programme, including collusion, artificial wagering patterns, or any attempt to manipulate tier progress, will result in disqualification from the programme and may lead to account suspension.

8. Limitation of Liability

879ph provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. While every effort is made to maintain platform stability and security, 879ph cannot be held liable for losses arising from service interruptions, technical faults, third-party failures, or events beyond our reasonable control. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 879ph's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
